
New Orleans undoubtedly holds a special place in the hearts of anyone who has lived in this fine city. Many former residents flock back each year, but many have no idea how different life in the Big Easy has become over the past decade.
With that in mind, GNO, Inc. and 504ward created NOLAMade, a Black Friday event that celebrates the people, goods, and culture of New Orleans. Part retail event, part information session, this celebration gives current and former New Orleanians a chance to purchase items sold and created in the Southeast Louisiana while learning more about what has made the area “one of the most remarkable comebacks in our lifetime.”
